1.GLOBAL AGREEMENT:

Send word format «WAA MEMBERS APPLICATION with your complete data and also PDF GLOBAL AGREEMENT with your sign & seal, a scan copy by return is ok.

2. CERTIFICATIONS:

All members must be officials International Freight Forwarders in their city – country, with legal documents issued by the regulator entity or customs. The certifications (VAT, IATA, FIATA, local associations, port authority, airport authority and others will be require for correct registration in our global alliance.

3. SOLVENCY:

Demonstrate solvency and reliable freight forwarder. Copies of your company annual balance will be needed.

4. RECOMMENDATION LETTERS:

WAA team will require 3 letters of shipping lines, 3 letters of airlines and 3 letters of customers recommending your good company and also indicating that the freight forwarder has more than two years working with them. Scan copies will be ok at time of registration.

5. CEO IDENTITY DOCUMENT AND PHOTOS OF YOUR OFFICE AND WORKERS:

WAA is and innovative alliance around globe and all members knows as worldwide family for this reason we require scan copy of your identity document and as minimum of 3 photos:

5.1.- Mandatory photo: OWNER, CEO, President or General Manager,

5.2.- Commercial, air and ocean operations workers photos.

5.3.- Of your office, infrastructure and city location photos.

6. OPERATIONS:

The members must operate within AIR, OCEAN, INLAND, and also handling all kind of PROJECT CARGO shipments, supporting complete global network with all services related to cargo agents / freight forwarders, scan copy of HAWB, HBL will be needed at time of registration.

7. CONTRIBUTIONS:

Commercial requirements and clients are our motor, for this reason sales quote must be answered with top priority between WAA members according to the following periods: maximum of 24 hours to answer a regular request via air or ocean and maximum of 48 hours to answer a project cargo request, penalties and negative points will apply if WAA partner comply to our headquarter office in Lima.

8. ON LINE COMMUNICATION:

All members must create a Skype account available during office hours of the company, which allows conference calls and live calls between members with any urgency or need timely.

9. ANNUAL REPORT:

ALL WAA partners must send annual report as our excel format. In order to maintain as active member, WAA team will require minimum of ten (10) shipments generated by your good company, including export (via ocean & air) as consigned shipment, or import (ocean & air) as nominated cargo.
